Marian Anderson Award

Mia Farrow – actress, humanitarian, and activist– will receive the 2011 Marian Anderson Award. Ms. Farrow will accept the award at a Gala Concert produced in partnership with The Philadelphia Orchestra, which will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. Since 1998, this award has celebrated Marian Anderson’s spirit by honoring artists who, like her, have changed and enriched our world. This years’ celebration will mark a milestone at the annual Gala Dinner and Concert.

Concours dElegance of the Eastern US

The mission of the Concours d’Elegance of the Eastern US is to provide a world-class collector car exhibition that will attract public attention and financial support for the lifesaving programs and services of the Burn Prevention Network. Crystal Awards were presented to all Senior Award and Best in Class Award winners. These distinctive trophies were created by internationally known glass sculptor Peter Yenawine, President of Crystal Signatures of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This year Miss. Pennsylvania, Courtney Thomas, assisted with the trophy presentation.

USOC Hall of Fame 2009 Award

The fans have weighed in, the votes have been counted and the results are final. Today, the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) and Allstate Insurance Company (NYSE: ALL) announced the members of the Class of 2009 who will be inducted into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame presented by Allstate. The U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame is the only national sports hall of fame that uses fan voting as part of its selection process. This year's class is comprised of five Olympians, one Paralympian, one team, as well as three additional individuals: a coach, veteran and a special contributor. Crystal Signatures is proud to provide the custom crystal awards to our Hall of Famers!

Crystal Signatures Designs Women's Professional Soccer MVP Award

Crystal Signatures worked closely with Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) on the MVP Award for the inaugural WPS Championship on August 22, 2009. Sky Blue FC beat the Los Angeles Sol to capture the WPS title in an exciting match with a final score of 1-0. Sky Blue FC player Heather O’Reilly, who scored the game-winning goal, was the recipient of the MVP award.

Botanical Fantasies Crystal Sculptures

These botanical crystal sculptures are a collaboration of two of the greatest talents the crystal world has ever known. This line of amazingly beautiful sculptures was originally influenced by the beauty of the natural world and Yenawine’s passion for gardening.
